The SBTP-120 Button Attaching Machine is capable of automatically attaching 20 mm buttons. On the tack side, both capped and uncapped tacks can be attached as standard. Aluminum tacks are generally preferred. Our SBTP-120 machine features easy operation, a simple product changeover system, adjustability for different products, and technological equipment that enables high-performance operation regardless of material type. With a waste rate of approximately 1-2%, it can process approximately 3,500 pairs of trousers in 8 hours.

The 20 mm button type is generally used as an accessory on jeans. This button is preferred when a 17 mm button is too small for the button fastening application. Fixed and movable versions are available. Our machine can attach both types of buttons fully automatically.
