The SBTP-117 Button Attaching Machine is capable of automatically attaching 17 mm buttons. In addition, by changing components such as the die, jaw, channel, etc., 14 mm buttons can also be attached using the same machine. On the tack side, both capped and uncapped tacks can be attached as standard. Our SBTP-117 machine features easy operation, a simple product changeover system, adjustability for different products, and technological equipment that enables high-performance operation regardless of material type. With a waste rate of approximately 1-2%, it can process approximately 3,500 pairs of trousers in 8 hours.
The 17 mm button type is generally used as an accessory on jeans. This size is commonly preferred for button fastening applications. Fixed and movable versions are available. Our machine can attach both types of buttons fully automatically.
