The SBTP-3095P 9.5 Plastic Snap Fastener Attaching Machine consists of two separate machines, one for the male side and one for the female side, and is manufactured as a complete set. It is designed to automatically attach 9.5 plastic snap fasteners commonly used on baby clothing and baby overalls for ages 0-1. If required, certain components can also be changed to attach capped prongs instead of perforated prongs. Our SBTP-3095 machine features easy operation, a simple product changeover system, adjustability for different products, and technological equipment that enables high-performance operation regardless of material type. With a waste rate of approximately 1-2%, it can process approximately 3,500 products in 8 hours.
